• After processing the order over the phone you then need to fill out a charge slip for each order and send it in via fax or regular mail. If your customer is with you at the purchase simply have them sign in the "customer signature" field. If it is a mail order, internet order, phone order, or other type of order in which the customer is not present to sign you simply indicate in the "customer signature" field - "mail order" or "fax order" or "phone order" etc.
